Grove has advanced his professional career at every stage having worked as Vice President of Marketing and more recently as President & Chief Financial Officer at Dynacert Inc., a leading edge technology company manufacturing Hydrogen Generating Systems. The company’s key product line was produced to reduce Green House Gases (GHG) by improving the air quality and operating efficacy of diesel combustion engines for trucking fleets with Pepsi Beverages Company (Pepsi Bottling/Pepsi Co) being the primary beneficiary. The companies work later grew to include partnerships with Port Authorities and stationary generator markets were the pollution of GHG was exponential in size and scope.
Steve Barclay
Steven Barclay (Steve) is one of the most respected voices in Canada in the field of assistive technology (AT). Educated in computer technology, Steve joined Aroga as the company’s first employee to manage its service and customer relations department. In July of 2014 Steve became the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner. Steve had previously worked in or managed every department of the company, most recently as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.Steve has a passion for matching technologies to individual needs of people while working closely with education systems, school boards, government funding agencies and technology assessors. Steve is a co-author of Fostering Independence Through Refreshable Braille Technology, a research project funded by Human Resources Development Canada through the Office of Learning Technology. He is a founding member of the Children’s Low Vision Project of British Columbia, a program that assesses children’s vision needs in a classroom environment and provides technologies to assist with education. He has been a past organizer and volunteer for the Bowen Island Technology Camp, a partnership between Aroga, SET-BC – Special Education Technology BC and CNIB – Canadian National Institute for the Blind. He has also been a volunteer at Space Camp for Interested Visually Impaired Students, a program offered for blind and visually impaired children in Huntsville Alabama.
Douglas R. Yates
Douglas Yates is a business owner and entrepreneur who has been starting and operating successful businesses since his late teens. His first company was a high-tech artificial intelligence software company that he founded at the age of 19 with four other businessmen. Over the past 27 years, Douglas has developed several other companies including a recording and distribution company, a trust management company, an executive consulting company, a family entertainment center and a real estate investment company. He has taken several companies from inception to multi-million dollars in revenue and has participated in the successful implementation of more than one hundred million dollars worth of large enterprise-wide technology projects.Douglas was the CEO and Chief Information Officer of a very successful Silicon Valley based consulting firm that helped companies of all sizes acquire new and repeat business and manage the development of large scale enterprise-wide systems. Over the past few years, he has spent more than $450,000 on training and tools, learning from some of the top leaders in the more one billion dollar Internet Marketing industry. Moreover, Douglas has lead or participated in many product launches, usually generating more revenue in a single launch then the product(s) sold the previous year.
Douglas attended Ohlone College in Fremont, California where he completed his BA with Robert F. Kennedy University and is a MBA candidate. He is also a certified Real Estate Investment Master through Global Publishing, and obtained the title of Product Launch Strategist from Jeff Walker, author of the product launch formula. Douglas is the facilitator and founder of a national internet marketing mastermind group, leading an elite group of internet marketing entrepreneurs individually earning more one million dollars.
Douglas and his wife are members of several private charitable organizations that help raise funds and awareness for causes including Cystic Fibrosis (CF), Down Syndrome, Human Trafficking and bringing fresh water to third world countries. Ray Sickles
For more than 30 years, Ray has been involved in the holistic field of healing and helping others achieve health. His expertise has been in areas ranging from herbal and natural healing to stress diffusion, Reiki and energy work. This experience has brought him to the field of of holographic technology and developing the use of subtle energies and holograms to be used in Acupressure.Graduated in 1981 from WVU with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. His business background has been a life long entrepreneur starting in the Real Estate Business in 1978 then founding a successful Real Estate company in 1981 at the age of 23. Later he got involved in the Network marketing industry earning a National Marketing Director position and then moving on to build a business creating marketing materials for various Network Marketing Companies and heath related businesses.
Currently Ray continues to work as a creative entrepreneur developing holograms for use with Acupressure. Joining the OXO WorldWide organization and bringing these products to the world is just a dream come true.

Since 1999, David’s professional video development services have been in high demand. He has produced hundreds of powerful and compelling sales videos, many of which have directly contributed to generating millions of dollars.David is also highly skilled in the areas of web development, web design, graphic design, online marketing, and consulting. He has coached many Internet entrepreneurs through a variety of mediums including ebooks, video tutorials, webinars, articles, and podcasts. He has also created and managed several leading niche Internet communities, each with several thousand members.
David resides in Nova Scotia, Canada with his wife and two sons. He is also an avid angler and has been a licensed sport fishing guide since the age of 16.

Dr. Charles Norwood, MD
Assist. Professor LSU Family Medicine
I’m Dr. Charles Norwood from Alexandria, Louisiana. I’m an Emergency Room Physician. I graduated Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1963 with honors, with my initial training in surgery. I then went on a tour of duty as the doctor to an elite Special Forces unit in Southeast Asia.
I’m currently on the faculty as a professor at the LSU School of Medicine. I’m also currently working with a community-based residency program with 20 young doctors that I personally oversee. I have published 3 papers, and recently completed a fourth that I have submitted to the Journal.
I have a strong interest in Energetic Medicine that started about 20-years ago when I took a course in acupuncture, with a certification in the basic approaches. I have also taken training in the SCENAR system, which the Russians developed as part of their space program. I studied with a Russian doctor who did some of the original research. I have lectured and demonstrated this technology in Ukraine, Tibet, Indonesia, and other countries.
I firmly believe that we are beginning a new paradigm of health care using energetic medicine to help patients become proactive in healing. The science behind this has been around for thousands of years. I’m honored to sit on the Medical Advisory Board of a company that is going to help introduce this technology to the world.

Doctor Russ is a Doctor of Preventative Medicine and a Certified Lymphologist and has been a influential health educator for over 15 years.Doctor Russ studied under Dr. C. Samuel West for 4 years to get his CL & PMD. Many of the most well know doctors and scientists in the world studied under Dr. Samuel West and Dr Russ became a Lymphologist. Dr. West passed away 5 years ago and his son Dr. Steven West has taken over his dads position in teaching Lymphology. Dr Russ also studied under Master Co for 1 1/2 years to become a Certified Pranic Healer. Dr Russ then studied under Dr. Richard Bartlett (who is a Chiropractor) for another 1 1/2 years to become a Matrix Energetics Specialist.
